What this site is

An independent information website about The Mosaica Nai Yang condominium project in Nai Yang, Phuket, published by Tumanov Group. It is not the developer's official website. The project is developed by Rhom Bho Property PCL, listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand as TITLE.

Figures, dates and descriptions shown here are for reference. They do not constitute a public offer and may be changed by the developer without notice. Current terms are always confirmed in writing before any transaction.

Project stage

Construction has not started. Environmental impact report 256809-8 was filed in September 2025 and approved on 2 February 2026 (letter ทส 1009.5/2032), record 15300 of the register of Thailand's Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning (ONEP). The developer has not announced the sales launch, construction or completion dates.

Prices and plans

As of the last update of this page the developer had not published prices, floor plans, the unit count, the number of floors or dates for The Mosaica Nai Yang. Everything marked "typical for The Title" (payment plan, launch discounts, finishes, facilities, price benchmarks) describes other projects of the series (The Title Olive, Majestica, The KUARTZ, FIZZ) and is quoted as the developer's practice, not as The Mosaica Nai Yang terms.

Ownership

The Mosaica Nai Yang is recorded in the EIA register as a condominium under the Condominium Act (อาคารชุดตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยอาคารชุด). Under Thai law, up to 49% of the saleable area of a registered condominium may be owned freehold by foreigners. Whether a foreign-quota freehold title is offered for a specific unit is confirmed by the developer at the sales launch; this site does not promise it.

Images

The developer has not published renders of The Mosaica Nai Yang and there are none on this site. The mosaic artworks, the area map and the diagrams were drawn for this site and do not depict the project's architecture. Photographs of the Nai Yang area are Rhom Bho Property material from The Title Olive presentation, cropped and resized for the web; they show the area, not the project.

Distances

The EIA register gives the address as Moo 1, Sakhu, Thalang, Phuket 83110, but the developer has not shown the exact plot, so this site does not quote distances from the project to landmarks. The area description refers to the Sakhu (Nai Yang) subdistrict as a whole.

Trademarks

"The Mosaica Nai Yang", "The Title", "Rhom Bho Property" and related names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used here to identify the property.
